We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to give
you ample time to relax and prepare for your treatment. All appointments will end
at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
cancellation policy
Please notify Mukha 24 hours prior to your appointment time if you need to cancel
or reschedule. If we do not receive a call, you will be charged 25% of all services
not cancelled.

Please notify the receptionist when booking treatments if you are pregnant, suffer
from aller- gies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments, or disabilities. This
will prepare our staff to provide the best possible spa experience. During your
treatment, the therapist will address your needs based on your confidential assessment.
They will speak to you about the temperature, pressure, product, and sequence of service
