I’ve always felt that true success is measured by the people you touch while you’re here on earth. We hope this last year we were able to lift up more than a handful through our charitable endeavors.

By all accounts the CCAD Senior Fashion Show was a rousing success. You can see some of the looks on www.fashionwirepress.com featured with the likes of Gucci and Prada. Attendees received a sought after gift bag loaded with products from Mukha and Ha!r, A Tony Anders Concept. Fabulous fashion, funky locks, and magical makeup made for a spectacular show. Kudos to Stephanie Hightower and Laurie Beth Sweeney for a glitch-free backstage experience.

The very same day, we had the distinct honor of participating in the 25th anniversary celebration of Make-A-Wish Foundation. The creation of Hazel, a fragrance blending gardenia and clove was inspired from a loved one that we lost last year. Proceeds from the sale price go directly to benefit the amazing people whose dreams are brought to fruition by Make-A-Wish. Help us, help others. Hazel makes the perfect gift!

A packed house at BOMA enjoyed a runway event featuring local boutiques and the designs of local Bravo’s Project Runway contestant Terri Stevens. Our friends at Ha!r called on Mukha to help create a very memorable evening benefiting The March of Dimes. Thanks to Cathy Utgard for being the wonderful person she is.

A Warm Welcome

It is always exciting to announce new members of the Mukha family. We have four great new additions!

Phyllis Bradley joins us from The Jacob Neal Salon. Through an incredibly kind gesture on the part of Mr. Jacob Neal, Phyllis was introduced to Mukha. Phyllis provides nail services as well as esthetics, and you will love her as much as we do!

Recognizing that massage therapy needed additional staff, Alan McKitrick came to us just in time. Alan’s experience is eclectic and extensive. I promise you a massage unlike any you’ve ever experienced. Un-tie those crazy knots in your neck, or soothe those aches in your back with a perfect little (or long) massage!

Jamie Johnston has joined Mukha Essentials as the National Director of Sales – Western Region. Jamie brings with her more than 20 years experience in the cosmetic industry, including formal training in Paris, France. Although you may not see Jamie at the salon (she resides in Fresno, California)... her spirit is alive and well with us!

Wezlynn VanDyke has joined Mukha Essentials as the National Director of Sales – Mid-west Region. Wezlynn has a depth of experience in product development and launch that will make her a perfect fit for bringing Mukha Essentials to life in the finest establishments in the Mid-west and beyond.

The continued support and hard work of our staff also deserves the very strongest form of accolades. The following is our amazing team: Kelly Wagner (Client Relations Manager); Megan Faccenda (Director of Training and Lead Esthetician); Eugenia Garnes (Esthetician); Nicole DiTommaso (Esthetician), and Colleen Lenahan (Massage Therapist).
